Jeff Dumé is the Founder & President of Mainframe Solutions.
Jeff built his career in recruiting and business development at Hays in Houston, placing leaders across construction, infrastructure and professional services. He kept seeing the same gap: organizations searched for talent before defining what success in the role looked like, which led to inconsistent evaluations and costly hiring mistakes.
That realization led Jeff to found Mainframe Solutions and to build BuildFit AI™, so every candidate is assessed against the same success criteria, with people making the final decision.
Today Jeff helps business leaders improve leadership hiring, workforce strategy, responsible AI adoption and the operational systems behind growth. He speaks on hiring at the Gulf Coast Symposium on HR Issues and has earned 50 LinkedIn recommendations from clients and candidates.
